The basis of our drug free treatment centre is halo(salt)therapy, a drug free treatment for people who suffer with breathing difficulties such as Asthma, Hay Fever and Bronchitis etc.

Halotherapy is a centuries old treatment, first prescribed in salt caves by medieval monks (called speleotherapy), and laterly in Polish salt caves and mines, when it was noticed that very few salt mine workers ever suffered with breathing problems.

Modern developments in technology has made it possible to simulate this treatment, and many artificial salt caves are working successfully across Eastern Europe, Canada and north America.

We have constructed only the second working salt cave here in the UK, in order to enable people to enjoy the treatment and benefits of salt cave therapy.
